Oil tank farms should only be designed by highly trained engineering professionals. Since petroleum is highly combustible and dangerous to the environment, you need a system that is approved by the EPA, NFPA and other state and federal regulators. You’ll be glad to have a team of experienced oil tank farm experts at your side. Not only do we know how to keep the regulators happy, but our team can develop cost-effective systems that preserve the quality of your oil and petroleum products and help you transport it as easily as possible. There is no need to work with multiple vendors, because we do it all. We have experienced design experts, fabricators, installers, project managers and safety controllers. You can’t go wrong by choosing 1 Stop.
1 Stop has earned a stellar reputation for developing tank farms for oil storage and distribution. Here is an overview of our service model.
Every facility that stores oil or other petroleum products 5must comply with the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) regulation and other oil pollution prevention policies outlined under 40 CFR Part 112. Don’t worry, 1 Stop will make sure your system is fully compliant by:
The EPA and other regulators add and modify regulations every day, so it can be hard to keep track of them on your own. When you work with 1 Stop, we’ll ensure you are compliant, so you can focus on running your business.
Exceptional project management and transparency are crucial aspects of our service model. We meet with our customers every week to discuss our progress and the next week’s goals.
Your project specifications are unique, so you deserve a design team that understands the nuances and provides custom systems. We have a multi-disciplinary team of experts that design custom tank farms for oil refineries and other petrochemical companies throughout North America. We take the time to understand your production requirements and other factors that affect your final design. Our engineers use weighted design matrixes to develop cost-effective, compliant systems with the highest possible factor of safety for all components.
Dispensing oil quickly and efficiently is another one of your priorities. We use oil delivery systems that provide a constant stream of oil to and from your storage tanks. Our oil dispensers meet all HAZLOC requirements and can transport No. 6 residual fuel oil and other types of high viscosity oil without issue. We have over 20 different types of pumps that can transport up to 6,000 gallons a minute. They can be connected to a backup power supply in case you experience a power outage.
After one of our PEs signs off on the final design, our fabrication will begin construction. Our fabrication team handles the entire process, including welding, piping, electrical, shearing, riveting and binding. We ensure all components are carefully fabricated to minimize the margin of error and maximize the lifetime of the system.
Installing a tank farm for an oil refinery, distribution center, or tank terminal requires extensive expertise. We have instituted a mandatory train and retrain program to ensure every engineer, installer, project manager and safety coordinator understands the latest technology, EPA standards and regulations inside and out. Our highly trained team has performed numerous oil tank installations over the years without any major complications.
We have developed some of the most sophisticated control systems in the world. Our monitoring systems are retrofitted with smart valves, level meters, pressure gauges, emergency shutoff valves and operator’s workstations.
Since day one, we have been committed to delivering customized, compliant and cost-effective oil tank farms for our valued customers. We design, construct and maintain tank farms for oil storage facilities of all sizes. We are also a Women Owned Business, which will help you meet minority placement targets.
