1 Stop and its business partners has a seasoned staff of professionals that understand the melding of science and experience that each project requires. The philosophy that drives their design team is that all projects have a certain commonality but even more important, specific unique challenges. 1 Stop and its business partners have successfully performed the engineering design and permitting for large scale tank farms/distribution centers.

1 Stop has successfully permitted projects under the jurisdiction of many demanding local and state authorities.  Proven design and permitting capability build that foundation that every client demands and each project requires.

1 Stop Material Handling and its business partners have a unique, design/build approach with regard to provision of construction services.  The design/build model facilitates a predictable, cost efficient outcome, repeatedly.

We have our own dedicated trucks to ship the tanks which are loaded at the manufacturing plant and are not touched until they reach the site where we have safety procedures approved for unloading by trucks or crane depending on the size of tanks.

Our construction team is involved early on in the design phase, and they are led by the same management team that directed the design process.  1 Stop Material Handling and its business partners has successfully performed design build projects for private, and publicly traded corporations.

Before starting any welding of pipe a dedicated area has to be established and safety welding curtains need to be set up.  There also must be a full-time fire watch available in case of any spark or ignition during the welding process.  Each morning a safety startup meeting takes place to discuss the day’s work plan and to write any daily work permits.

These projects routinely require high-volume offloading, independent piping to individual storage tanks, metering, high level alarms, inventory management systems, small-package pumping/metering, overfill containment and electrical installations.

Successful Project Management entails meshing the practicality of asset and financial control, with technical expertise and real world hands on experience to create a finished project that defines and encompasses the ideal of real value.

Most large corporations have very stringent safety procedures and it’s important to clearly understand this process as a written procedure is required for every task that is performed. These procedures must be approved by the client and signed off by safety manager on site.
